What this site collects
Only what you choose to send:
- Email and message content when you write to aodhanpmoran@gmail.com.
- Name, email, and booking details if you use the Google Calendar booking link on the homepage.
There is no contact form and no account signup on this site. The page HTML does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
If you later become a client, we hold the contact and delivery data needed for that engagement under a separate arrangement. When we run a list for a client, that client is usually the controller of their subscribers; we act on their instructions.
Why, and on what basis
- Reply and book calls - contract or steps before a contract; sometimes legitimate interests in running the business.
- Deliver client work and keep engagement records - contract.
- Invoices and tax records - legal obligation.
- Optional marketing from us - consent, where we ask for it. You can withdraw it.
Who processes it
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Named tools you can see from this site: Google (Gmail for email; Google Calendar for booking). The site is hosted on Vercel. For client delivery we also use email and calendar tools needed to do the work. We share only what those tools need to operate. We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails - while useful for the conversation, then removed or archived with normal mailbox hygiene.
- Booking details - as long as needed to run the call and follow up.
- Client records and invoices - for the engagement and for legal retention (often several years for tax).
On a deletion request we clear live systems. Backup copies typically expire on their normal rotation rather than being surgically edited; we do not restore deleted people into active use from backups.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may send standard request data to Vercel to serve the page. We do not use that for profiling.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and similar laws where they apply), you can ask to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Erase data (see Delete my data).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy where that right applies.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
You can complain to your supervisory authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD): aepd.es.
